Wolf Lodge Hot Tub Survey

Following the success of the recently installed Outdoor Hot Tubs at Mountain Bear Lodge and Beaver Creek Lodge. The owner of Wolf Lodge would like to canvas our clients opinion on installing an Outdoor Hot Tub at Wolf Lodge. The maintenance and running costs of the Hot Tub mean that offering a Hot Tub at Wolf Lodge would mean an estimated weekly rental increase of approximately £75.

Osprey news

The female Osprey 'EJ' at the Boat of Garten RSPB reserve has layed an egg and everybody is hopeful that this year will be less exciting than last year and the current male Orange VS will stay and raise his chicks with no interference from any other males. The BBC are also about Aviemore setting up for what we think will be Springwatch.

Wolf Lodge updates

Wolf Lodge is having a full make-over this week.

It is already a lovely Lodge, but the owner is updating the bathroom, adding new lighting throughout the Lodge along with a new flat screen TV and DVD in the lounge, new TV in the bedroom. It is being painted throughout with new carpets. The garden and decking are having a full make over too along with a lovely new Bar-B-Que. Full details will be posted on the Wolf Lodge page soon.

Snow

The news from the Mountain is good - Snow conditions at present at CairnGorm Mountain continue to be of a very high standard - about as good as possible at this time of year. There is a dusting of powder on a firm pisted base in many areas of the mountain.

We have availability in Silver Birch Cottage if anybody out there wants to participate in any snowsports.
