In a quiet residential area at the north end of Aviemore Village, this detached lodge is in its own grounds. The enclosed garden with barbecue and patio is a safe area for children and dogs.
Eagle Lodge is a 20 minute stroll along the scenic walkway which takes you into the buzz of Aviemore with its varied shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The Lodge is close to the new Championship Golf Course, Dalfaber Country Club and the scenic Speyside Way which takes you to Boat-of-Garten and beyond.
Eagle Lodge is contemporary building which has a large comfortable lounge, with a cosy flame-effect gas fire, with large flat screen Sky+ HD TV, DVD player and stereo system. The lodge has Wi-Fi internet access, which is free of charge. There is a large fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and a breakfast table.
There is an adjacent utility room with washing machine and large sink. This area also serves as a drying area and leads to ski/bike storage. The kitchen is close to the separate dining room, with it's stylish wooden table and chairs, seating up to 8, which is ideal for informal family get-togethers, or a formal dining evening. Uniquely, French Doors lead from this room, to the large outside BBQ patio area.
There is a separate WC and WHB off of the entrance hallway, and this completes the ground floor accommodation.
All of the seeping accommodation is on the upper floor. The large Master Double Bedroom, features an en-suite shower room and Flatscreen TV. There is a second Double room, and two twin rooms, sleeping a total of 8, all of the bedrooms have countryside and mountain views. The family bathroom, with bath and shower is located on the upper floor within easy reach of all of the bedrooms.
