Osprey Lodge Full Details
Osprey Lodge is a fabulous, secluded architect-designed property which is located at Tulloch, near Nethybridge, one of the most beautiful and simply stunning locations in The Cairngorms National Park, within the R.S.P.B. Abernethy Forest and close to the Osprey Reserve at Loch Garten.
As you approach Osprey, you will be immediately struck by the fantastic design elements of the Lodge, and it's spectacular setting.
The Lodge can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in the 3 bedrooms, and can accomodate 8, using the King-Size Wallbed in the Lounge.
Upstairs there is one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, both with TV's and Stereo Systems, and in both, you can take advantage of the wonderful views from the French Balcony's. Upstairs there is also the Family Bathroom, with a bath and seperate shower.
Downstairs the sleeping accommodation consists of a small bunk room with 2 bunks beds, this is situated next to the downstairs shower room and WC.
The lodge has a fantastic, large, well-equipped, airy kitchen with a Range Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge-Freezer, Microwave and all the utensils etc you would need to prepare anything from a light snack, to a formal dinner. The design of the kitchen lends itself to this room becoming the social centre of the lodge. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a small utility room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.
There is also a large central "Sun Room", the centrepiece of which is a large dining table, with seating for 8. There are also a few easy chairs and stools, and when not being used for dining, this is a fabulous area to relax, read a book, listen to music on the Bose ipod dock, or perhaps have an after dinner snooze.
The adjacent large lounge with its crackling log stove, and comfortable sofas is the perfect place for the family to gather in the evening, and watch the large flat screen TV, which of course has a full SKY TV Package. There is of course a DVD player, and Osprey Lodge also has Wi-Fi Internet access. The Lounge also has a King size double wallbed with integrated wardrobes and storage, which means that Osprey Lodge can accommodate 8 guests.
