Pine Ridge Lodge Full Details
Pine Ridge Lodge is set in the charming village of Boat of Garten, an old ferry point on the famous River Spey, near to the RSPB Nature reserve at Loch Garten, home of the famous Ospreys, and within easy reach of the Cairngorm Ski Area.
The lodge has recently undergone a complete makeover, making it a fantastic luxury base a Highland Holiday. Accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms. One large Master Bedroom with King Size bed, and a second bedroom with King Size bed, both have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a twin room, and a bunk room, both of these are served by the beautiful Family Bathroom, with shower. All 4 bedrooms have Flat Screen TV's with Freesat, there is an X-Box in the bunk room.
The upper level lounge has a cosy log burning stove, with a 37" Flatscreen TV with Freesat, DVD player and i-Pod Dock. There are French Doors, opening on to the veranda, which offers fantastic views of the area, and is a great place to enjoy a "Sundowner", or a morning coffee.
The Dining Area, with seating for up to 8 guests is adjacent to the large, well equipped and beautifully designed solid oak Kitchen with Breakfast Bar, The Kitchen features a ceramic hob, double oven, large American style Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, microvave and all utensils, crockery and glassware to prepare any meal or snack.
Outdoors - The expansive private garden has a natural feel, with many mature trees and shrubs, with large lawned areas, and benefits from all day long sunshine. The elevated position affords fantastic views to the spectular countryside around and the Famous Strathspey Steam Railway.
There are deck and patio areas to enjoy Al Fresco dining, or to just
sit and relax. One of the Patio's features a luxury 6 person outdoor
hot tub, which is south facing, and is a fantastic place
to unwind from the days activities. We have not forgotten the Kids,
with an outdoor play room with table tennis, and trampoline. The garden
