The Cottage was built in 1905 and has been modernised to include a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area. It is a cosy and comfortable self catering cottage situated by the railway line. This has a charming effect; the infrequent rumble of the trains providing much entertainment.
Rats Magic offers comfortable budget, no-frills accommodation, right in the heart of Aviemore Village. The cottage can sleep 6 guests in two double bedrooms and one bunk room, and features a cosy granite fireplace, fantastic sipping a "Dram" on the winter nights.
