In a quiet residential area to the north of Aviemore, this four star detached lodge is in its own landscaped grounds of heather and fir trees. The secluded garden with barbecue and two patios is fortunate to have all-day long sun and is a safe area for children and dogs.
A 15 minute stroll along the scenic tree-lined walkway takes you into the buzz of Aviemore with its varied shopping, restaurants and entertainment, yet the lodge is peaceful enough that often the only discernible sound is that of the steam train shuttling back and forth between Aviemore and Boat of Garten.
This contemporary building with its characterful interior - a welcoming pine-lined lounge with open fire, fully fitted kitchen and even a spa bath - has to be appreciated for its individuality - something different and special. The lounge / dining room has the walls paneled in a light pine and has a cosy feel, especially when the fire is blazing ... The perfect place to sit and have a dram!
The specially crafted dining area will easily seat six people and the double fold-down bed is another feature of this room.
