Great North Lodges 2013 Price List
All Prices are in Pounds Sterling, and are per lodge, per week
This is the tariff for our standard 7 night stays
*Prices in Bold with Asterix on the price list denotes Premier APEX Promotional week, 30% discount on published tariff, please note that for all Premier APEX weeks the full balance, including bond, must be paid at time of booking.

All major credit cards accepted
Provided all payments are received within our published schedule, Great North Lodges Ltd apply no Credit or Debit Card charges.
E Confirmation From April 2011, Great North Lodges Ltd are switching over to "Paper Free" bookings. Where possible we will send Booking Confirmations, Arrival Advice, and Bond Refunds etc via email, rather than post. Don't worry if you have no access to email, we can still send by post if required.
Reservations Deposits
The following down payments will secure your booking:
Mountain Bear Lodge, Birchwood Lodge, Aspen Lodge - £500
Beaver Creek, Eagle, Pine Ridge, Red Squirrel Lodges; Glenfeshie & Burnside Houses, Spey and Rowan Cottages and The Shieling - £300
Silver Birch, Thistle and Heather Cottages; Twa Hoots, Otter Pool and Wolf Lodges - £200
Rental includes all bed linen & towels for full occupancy. Robes & Slippers are supplied for Hot Tub Lodges. Logs for the wood burning stoves are supplied free of charge in Mountain Bear Lodge, Aspen Lodge, Birchwood Lodge, Beaver Creek Lodge, Pine Ridge Lodge, Spey Cottage, Rowan Cottage, The Shieling, Glenfeshie House, Red Squirrel Lodge, Wolf Lodge & Otter Pool Lodge.
Damage & Electricity Bond
A deposit against damage & electricity usage will be charged at the following rates. Damage bonds are primarily a security deposit against any damage to the property, and are refundable, minus your metered heat & Light costs. The reason that we charge for heat & Light is due to the variation in climate summer to winter, you are charged at exactly the rate the utility suppliers charge the owners, and in this way you only pay for exactly what you use. Charging for electricity in this way also reduces overall power usage and helps to preserve valuable energy reserves. Power usage at Twa Hoots Lodge and Otter Pool Lodge are included in the rental and the bond is fully refundable, provided there is no damage to the properties.

Pet Rate
There will be a charge of £35 per pet, per let up to a maximum of £70.
