A hidden gem, on the edge of the village, within 15 minutes walk of the centre of Aviemore Village
The Shieling is a deceptively large modern luxury house situated at the end of a short farm track together with only two other houses and within 15 minutes walk from Aviemore village.
All on one level with easy access via a ramp at the rear and two steps at the front.
Accommodation comprises of 5 bedrooms (2 en-suite), sleeping up to 12 guests, there is a large lounge, family bathroom and extra shower room, dining room, conservatory and utility room. Outside Hot Tub.
After a hard days walking or Skiing enjoy a soak in the 8 person outdoor hot tub whilst taking in the superb views of the Cairngorms and surrounding mountains.
The Shieling caters particularly well for any large groups or families getting together with more than ample parking.
Tastefully decorated with beautiful Oak furniture and plenty of space to entertain, most bedrooms have flat screen TV with Free Sat and DVD whilst the living room has a 42” flat screen TV with Full Sky+ HD package
