How do you improve?

This is something we at Great North Lodges are always asking ourselves. We want our customer experience to be the best. We wanted to improve our website and have a modern, slick easy to use website with as few clicks to book as possible.

We now have a brand new website and we hope you like it. It has taken months in the planning and implementation. Great North Lodges have worked with a company called Creatomatic to create this new website, a Scottish based website design and development company.

Behind the scenes we also have a new booking system called SuperControl, this system is also a Scottish based company and is a booking system designed by self-caterers specifically for self-caterers with lots of built in flexibility. The main difference for our regular customers will be our security bonds will now be taken using pre-authorisation two days before your arrival date, this is a temporary hold of funds on your credit or debit card.

This is a major investment by Great North Lodges to ensure the company is future proofed and now has a very robust and scalable property management system which is fully integrated with online travel agents and payment systems.

We look forward to the future and working with you to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday!
