About Gulabin House

Gulabin House is a modern, spacious, high-specification home that accommodates twelve people across five bedrooms. Experience the remote Scottish mountains with a dash of luxury and style. The large open plan layout of the living, dining and kitchen areas makes for a wonderful space to get-together. This fantastic space has large windows and panoramic views out onto the wild mountains and moors. The dining table will comfortably seat 12 people making the house a wonderful location for get-togethers. The open plan modern kitchen with island/breakfast bar is spacious and well supplied with quality kitchen equipment and appliances and is great for cooking and food prep while socialising. The large wood-burning stove in the living area is the main focal point of the room and creates a welcoming warmth and wonderful atmosphere for relaxing and entertaining.

Note: Gulabin Lodge is next door to this House, and together they sleep up to 47. They have to be booked separately.

Living Area with Wood burning stove and TV.

Kitchen Area Open plan and well equipped with an electric hob, double oven, a microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a large kitchen island/breakfast bar.

Dining Area Large dining table seats 12.

Bedroom downstairs: One twin bedroom with a shower room and toilet just across the hall.
Bedrooms upstairs: Master king bedroom with en-suite shower, two twin rooms with beds that can be linked to make a double, a family room with a bunk and twin beds that can be linked with en-suite shower/toilet. Please let us know if you wish the twins linked when booking.

Bathrooms: As well as the two en-suite shower rooms, there is a main bathroom with a bath. There is also a shower room/WC on the ground floor.

Utility Room with washing machine and sink.

We had a lovely family holiday at Gulabin. Perfect location, lots to do in the area. Beautiful views. The hosts were excellent.
