Reindeer House

This is our second stay at Reindeer house and again we had a great holiday. The wood burning stove and hot tub are great to come back to after a day out walking in the hills. It’s great for anyone with dogs as you are straight into the woods and the property has an enclosed garden. The bird feeders attract a wide range of birds and red squirrels and the views across to the Cairngorms are great. The house is warm, comfortable and well equipped. I would definitely recommend Reindeer house

Really happy overall with this house. It was very cold on arrival and although the heaters said they should come on at 6, they didn’t and the “advance” function didn’t work. We lit a fire and used the hot tub! One the heating came on the house was cosy. The sofa is not ideal for a group of 6 individuals. Would book again - thanks

My family and I recently stayed at Reindeer House, and it was fantastic! The views are absolutely stunning, with beautiful panoramic views of the Cairngorm mountain range. There are many feeders around the property so was great to watch the birds and red squirrels; they added a fun touch to the experience. The woodland trails which are accessible from the property were also a highlight! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals while soaking in those incredible views. And the beds were really comfy— we slept so well after all our adventures. The hot tub was a great extra to have, we were very thankful to have this after long days of exploring! Booking through Great North Lodges for the first time with this trip and I can honestly say their customer service and communication is the best! Overall, Reindeer House is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape!
