The principal bedroom is a luxurious haven, featuring a free-standing bath within the room, a spacious en-suite, and a generous dressing room that also houses a compact office nook, ideal for remote working or quiet reflection. Large patio doors open onto a private decked terrace, the perfect spot for morning coffee or a peaceful evening unwind.

Downstairs, you'll find a king-size bedroom with its own en-suite, two bedrooms with bespoke built-in bunk beds, a TV room, a family bathroom, and a practical utility area.

40th Celebrations

A group of my friends who all turned 40 recently just stayed at The Neuk and the property was everything we wanted. Lots of socialising space, a hot tub and the table tennis all contributed to a great weekend. The local pub just around the corner was also an added bonus.Would definitely recommend to any wanting to stay in the Aviemore area.

Super house in brilliant location, but some small improvements would make it even better

A super house - its our second year staying at the Neuk. A few negative points: .. the house needs a good deep clean ..some items missing- a pan for the large brush, oven gloves, a small kitchen knife ( only very large knives which are difficult for cutting fruit etc), ..this time there was no dish washing liquid, and no dishwasher tablets - not even 1 to start us off. Perhaps if the latter is not to be supplied that should be made clear before arriving, as its difficult to clean dishes after first meal on the evening of arrival at 4pm! These are all small points which could be easily addressed. I hope so as we plan to be back again next summer. Thank you.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at The Neuk. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Was great fun having the hot tub and ping pong table and amazing having the hot tub on and ready for our arrival! The beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed, was a great spacious house. The dealings with the company and owners was also very helpful, providing a speedy response to any queries had and being very accommodating. Overall a fantastic stay had at this wonderful property!

The Neuk was immaculately clean and well equipped. Our family had visited some of 5* plus hotels in Hong Kong and this was the same level standards. Also my daughter left a bag behind and GNL staff sent it back to us in no time. The service was second to none. Keep up the good work GNL!! Well done
