Aviemore is a popular holiday destination with beautiful scenery and activities for all ages. Aviemore was originally famous for snowsports but it is now a popular holiday destination all year round as it offers a wide range of activities from walking, climbing, Karting, shooting and biking.

Aviemore village runs a lot of annual events and also offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.

The VisitAviemore website lists everything there is to see and do in and around Aviemore. Some of our favourites are Aviemore Kart Raceway, Clay Pigeon Shooting at Alvie Estate, Strathspey Steam Railway, Golf at Spey Valley Golf Course, Dinner at The Old Bridge Inn and lunch at the Explorer Cafe Tiso. Skiing on Cairngorm and feeding the wild reindeer herd.
