Luxurious well appointed cottage with great facilities in a beautiful peaceful location.

Feschiebridge Cottage looked beautiful on the website but surpassed our expectations on arrival. The bedrooms which are all en-suite are very spacious, the master is beautifully appointed with the four poster bed and quality soft furnishings and its large en-suite. Downstairs the open plan living creates a beautiful space to enjoy your holiday. The kitchen dining area is huge and very well appointed - high quality units, appliances and crockery etc - everything has been thoughtfully provided for. Everything is so cosy and comfortable and has a luxurious feel to it. The cottage was lovely and warm with the underfloor heating and log burners. Outside the hot tub was great and the bbq hut a welcome addition in the cold weather - again all the thoughtful extras of fur rugs etc appreciated.
The location was lovely and peaceful with great walks straight from the door. The huge boot-room at the front door for coats and boots was well used and a great feature. We really enjoyed our family holiday at Feschiebridge Cottage and would definitely return.
Stunning property and location

We have stayed at Feshiebridge several times previously and the property and location never disappoint; regardless of the weather. There are some lights which require the lamps changing but this is only a minor point, also states a bike store; being a keen cyclist I have my own bikes so these had to be stored in games area for security.
The location is spectacular, with walks and trails a plenty; highly recommend walking to the old post office in Kincraig, only a 3 miles there and back and the food is superb. If like me you enjoy the off-road cycling then if you feeling energetic theres the Burma Road or if something more sedate Inschriach forest is amazing and leads onto Loch An Eilein. The hot tub is welcome relief after a day exploring, and then to curl up on the large sofas with your favourite dram in front of the fire rounds up a perfect day.
Tte house is exceptionally well equipped; you do need to explore all the cupboards to find everything but we found everything we needed. The hob does take a while to warm up but when in Scotland you dont rush, you just take the day as it comes, The main bed is like a giant hug, you just dont want to get up but when you do the house is lovely and warm thanks to the underfloor heating, its really noticeable when you come in from a cold day in the hills.
The drive to the property is a little steep and can be a little slippery but once I onto the rear the area is flat and and easy to walk around, the bird feeders are filled but are soon empty with the abundance of birds; we picked up a large bag of food from Home Bargains in Aviemore (£12.99) whilst collecting more logs; which kept the feathered friends happy.
Highly recommended and will booking again for next year
Summer holiday

Fantastic cottage, great location wonderful wildlife and walks.
Hot tub was excellent and well maintained.
Some of the light bulbs did not work and the shower fan in the double bedroom onsuite did not work.
Despite these little faults we were going to re-book for August 2024 but the property was not available, so we have chosen to stay at one of the other cottages at Great North Lodges.
