Mallachie is a wonderful, family-friendly house enjoying a peaceful, elevated position on the edge of Boat of Garten, in the spectacular Cairngorms National Park. Surrounded by woodland and with views of distant mountains, it offers a real sense of seclusion – while still being just a short walk from the village’s shop, café, restaurant, and hotel, along the scenic Speyside Way.

Inside, this well-equipped and spacious house offers plenty of room for families or groups, with four beautifully presented bedrooms across two floors and a choice of sociable or quiet spaces to relax. The bright sitting room with a wood-burning stove flows into a sunroom with access to a raised deck, while the elegant dining room and modern kitchen are ideal for sharing meals. A utility area and downstairs WC add extra convenience.

Upstairs, a cosy snug with TV provides a second living space, and the luxurious bathroom includes a walk-in shower and freestanding tub. Thoughtful touches throughout make Mallachie feel extra special.
Outside, guests can gather around the custom-built firepit and picnic bench, a perfect social space under the stars.
