Family Get Together
on Sunday, 19 May 2024
I booked this lodge as I was looking for somewhere that would accommodate all the family for a few days to surprise my husband for his 60th. Tim and Helen were very welcoming and we were lucky enough to see the Aurora on the Saturday night. Having the cafe next door was a bonus and all the grandchildren enjoyed their hot chocolate with marshmallows and Tim’s coffee making demonstration. Unfortunately, we forgot to buy some of Tim’s cakes so can’t comment on the quality but they looked lovely. The newly installed fire pit was a great place for all the adults to sit and chat after the children went to bed. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay and I would recommend the lodge to anyone looking for larger accommodation with its stunning views and tranquility.

Brilliant accommodation

We all had an amazing time staying at Gulabin Lodge. We were welcomed by the owner who was very friendly and approachable, who showed us around the whole house. The accommodation is well stocked with everything you would need and very comfortable. Great location if you’re looking to do a lot of outdoor activities. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
